This washable cabinet filter protects your Stratus 5 Stationary Concentrator from dust and debris in the air around you. It's located on the side of the unit, removes easily for cleaning, and washes clean with warm water.
This is the Stratus 5's washable cabinet filter — cleaned weekly with warm water, not the inlet filter (which is replaced once a year). If you need the inlet filter, look for "Stratus 5 Inlet Filter."
Gently wash the filter with warm water once a week, and let it air dry fully before putting it back in place.
The Stratus 5 should never be used without the cabinet filter in place. We recommend keeping a spare filter on hand to insert while the other is being cleaned and dried.
How to clean the filter
- Turn off and unplug your concentrator.
- Remove the filter from the side of the unit.
- If you have a spare filter, insert it now so the concentrator can resume normal use.
- Wash the used filter with warm water.
- Let the filter air dry completely — do not put it back wet.
- Once dry, store the filter for the next weekly cleaning rotation.
