Please note: These columns are approved by the manufacturer to work with all Inogen One G3 machines (settings 1-4 and settings 1-5).
The removable columns for your Inogen One G3 machine contain sieve filters that remove inert gases from the room air around you and help concentrate it into medical-grade oxygen. As a general rule of thumb, it is recommended that the columns be replaced every 12 to 18 months to ensure that your machine is producing the correct concentration of oxygen.
It is possible that your Inogen One G3 machine may require you to replace its columns earlier than you would normally expect due to the varying operating conditions under which the Inogen One G3 can function. If you see an “O2 Service Soon” error appear on your concentrator’s display screen, it is letting you know that its columns need to be replaced.
