This washable filter protects your OxLife Independence portable concentrator from dust and debris in the air around you. Located on the side of the unit, it slides out easily for cleaning. This 6-pack gives you a generous supply for ongoing rotation and replacement.
Designed specifically for the OxLife Independence portable oxygen concentrator. Not interchangeable with the OxLife Liberty side vents or other OxLife models.
6 OxLife Independence washable filters — enough for ongoing rotation (one in the machine while another is being cleaned) plus replacements as they wear out.
Gently wash with warm soapy water once a week, and let the filter air dry fully before putting it back in place. Replace when visibly worn, torn, or no longer cleanable.
The OxLife Independence should never be used without a filter in place. We recommend keeping a spare filter ready to insert while the other is being cleaned and dried — having multiple on hand is exactly why this comes as a 6-pack.
How to clean the filter
- Turn off and unplug your concentrator.
- Slide the filter out from the side of the unit.
- Insert a spare filter so the concentrator can resume normal use.
- Gently wash the used filter with warm soapy water.
- Rinse thoroughly and let it air dry completely — do not reinsert wet.
- Once dry, store the filter for the next weekly cleaning rotation.
