This inlet filter is designed for the OxLife Liberty and OxLife Liberty 2 portable oxygen concentrators. It sits inside the unit behind the battery compartment, protecting internal components from dust and debris.
This is the internal inlet filter — accessed by removing the battery. It's different from the side vents (washable cabinet filters on the outside of the unit, replaced separately). If you need the outer side vents, look for "OxLife Liberty Side Vents."
This inlet filter fits both:
- OxLife Liberty portable oxygen concentrator
- OxLife Liberty 2 portable oxygen concentrator
Replace this filter every year, or sooner if it's visibly filled with dust and debris. Do not wash this filter — it's designed to be replaced, not cleaned.
How to change the filter
This installation is different from most filter swaps — you'll need to remove the battery to access the inlet filter.
- Turn off your concentrator and unplug from any external power source.
- Remove the battery from the unit.
- Locate the inlet filter inside the battery compartment.
- Depress the plastic clip holding the filter in place.
- Pull the used filter out and dispose of it.
- Insert the new filter, making sure the clip secures it.
- Reinstall the battery and resume normal use.
Call 1-800-775-0942 with your OxLife Liberty details — we can walk through the installation or confirm fit.
