This washable cabinet filter protects your OxyHome Stationary Concentrator from dust and debris in the air around you. It's located on the top-back of the unit and slides out easily for cleaning.
This is the OxyHome's washable cabinet filter — cleaned weekly with soap and water, not the inlet filter (which is replaced once a year). If you need the inlet filter, look for "OxyHome Inlet Filter."
Gently wash the filter with warm soapy water once a week, and let it air dry fully before putting it back in place.
The OxyHome should never be used without a filter in place. We recommend keeping a spare filter on hand to insert while the other is being cleaned and dried.
How to clean the filter
- Turn off and unplug your concentrator.
- Slide the filter out from the top-back of the unit.
- If you have a spare filter, insert it now so the concentrator can resume normal use.
- Gently wash the used filter with warm soapy water.
- Rinse thoroughly and let the filter air dry completely — do not put it back wet.
- Once dry, store the filter for the next weekly cleaning rotation.
